BIOIMMUN was established in the year 1999,in the territory of Lebanon, under the banner 'EUROIMMUN Lebanon' to promote and distribute products manufactured by EUROIMMUN AG, Germany and co-ordinate businesses across the Middle Eastern and the Arab countries.

As part of the expansion, later in the year 2001, BIOIMMUN was exclusively established in Dubai as the center of businesses and operations of the Middle Eastern & Arab countries as a separate limited liability company that has widely grown with a wide network of distributors and dealers that signify specialized and well advanced products for researches as well as equipments & machines.
